Sign at drive thru and app said medium coffee $1 every Friday during Jaguar season. I'm not from here, don't know about the Jaguars so I asked at the drive through if the coffee was $1. She said that is only if they win on Sun... I said that's not what your sign says and she very rudely said "well it IS only if they win on Sunday... And... They didn't" when I got to the window and they scanned my app guess what... The coffee was only $1. Idiots. I asked to speak to a manager and she said they were just going by what their GM told them and that was it was only valid if the Jaguars won. Smh. No one bothered to read the signs that SOMEONE employed there had to have put up. Other than that... Everything was fine. Know your promos!!

I usually enjoy coming to this location, but I'm getting tired of this woman, Mo, and how abrasive, rude, and nasty she is! I've submitted a compain to the corporate about her before, spoken to the manager, and either Dunkin Donuts is not taking corrective measures, or she is not getting the message. She asked me about the size of the coffee I wanted, I said, " 16oz", she asked if it was a medium, I looked at the sign and told her that it was, she snaps back at me: "I only asked if it was medium, you don't need to be rude." ?????? She asked if 16oz was a medium, and I replied that it was. I wasn't in any way rude to her, even though I recognized her right away, and I was half-expecting something nasty from her. I'm not the only customer she's being nasty to: my co-workers knew right away whom I was speaking about, she's the infamous "nasty bitter old woman" who works at Dunkin! People like Mo shouldn't be in customer service and shouldn't represent a company that values their customers. If you are serviced by this woman, and encounter a problem with her, tell the manager and let the corporate know.

Went for coffee at 715am, admittedly two coffee's with cream and a FF coconut shot are hard to mess up but the coffee was fresh and hot!
And she was very friendly giving us a big smile and wishing us a great day! -

I've been to this location three times and each time, the order has been screwed up. It's just coffee. Today, I took my order back - instead of coconut, I ended up with some berry mess. I took it back, specified coconut which she repeated back to me, .....and then brought me something with hazelnut. At least it was the right size and there was coffee present in the cup. Keep on achieving that 70%. I'll be driving out of my way to have a better experience at another franchise location.
